Teacher of Geography – Permanent Role in Andover (Start by January 2026)

Are you an ambitious and motivated Teacher of Geography ready to take the next step in your teaching career?
Teaching Personnel are working with a successful secondary school in Andover who are seeking a dedicated and inspiring Geography Teacher to join their humanities department on a permanent basis, starting no later than January 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to engage students in learning about the world, developing their curiosity and understanding of key geographical concepts. You’ll be joining a supportive team committed to delivering exceptional teaching and learning across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.


Role Overview:

  • Permanent full-time Teacher of Geography position
  • Start date: January 2026 (or sooner)
  • Deliver engaging Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Inspire and challenge students to achieve academic success
  • Work collaboratively within a welcoming Humanities faculty

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT)
  • Excellent subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Geography
  • A creative and adaptable teaching style that motivates learners
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
