About the Role:

As a Geography Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering a dynamic and inclusive curriculum across Key Stages 3 and 4. You’ll be part of a supportive Humanities department, committed to academic excellence and student development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality Geography lessons that challenge and inspire students.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support achievement.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources.
• Contribute to the wider school community through enrichment activities and fieldwork opportunities.
• Support the pastoral care of students as a Form Tutor.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Geography.
• Ability to engage and motivate students of all abilities.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and collaborative working.
