Are you a passionate Humanities Teacher eager to inspire students and make a difference in the classroom?
Teaching Personnel are working with a well-established secondary school in Andover who are seeking a dedicated Teacher of Humanities to join their team from January 2025.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable educator to deliver engaging lessons across History, Geography, and Religious Studies within a supportive department committed to academic excellence and student success.

The Role:

  • Teach Humanities subjects across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

  • Plan, prepare and deliver inspiring lessons that engage and motivate students.

  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and support.

  • Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives.

  • Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.

About You:

  • Hold QTS/QTLS, or have relevant experience teaching Humanities.

  • Confident teaching across KS3 and KS4.

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.

  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to student progress.

  • ECTs and unqualified teachers with strong subject knowledge are welcome to apply.
