Teacher of Geography – Farnborough – January 2026 Start

Are you a passionate Geography Teacher looking to inspire the next generation of learners? A thriving secondary school in Farnborough is seeking a dedicated and motivated Teacher of Geography to join their Humanities department from January 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled teacher who can deliver engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The successful candidate will be committed to fostering curiosity about the world and helping students develop strong geographical understanding and critical thinking skills.

Role Overview:

  • Full-time Geography Teacher position starting January 2026

  • Teach across KS3 and KS4, following the national curriculum

  • Plan and deliver creative, inclusive, and well-structured lessons

  • Assess, track, and support student progress to ensure positive outcomes

  • Contribute to departmental planning, enrichment activities, and wider school life

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification

  • Strong subject knowledge in Geography and enthusiasm for the subject

  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills

  • A commitment to continuous professional development and teamwork
