Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a forward-thinking secondary school in Andover seeking a dynamic and committed Geography Teacher to join their Humanities department from January 2026 on a full-time, permanent basis.

The successful candidate will deliver engaging and high-quality Geography lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, encouraging students to think critically about the world and their place within it.
The Role:
- Full-time, permanent position starting January 2026
- Deliver Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Plan and teach creative, inclusive lessons that motivate and challenge learners
- Support student progress through effective assessment and feedback
- Work collaboratively within a dedicated Humanities faculty
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for Geography education
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to engage and inspire students of all abilities
