Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for an English teacher within the Wolsingham area. The successful candidate will be ambitious, creative and passionate about English with the ability to teach up to KS4. The position will start at the end of January for one term initially. You should have excellent subject knowledge and be able to deliver engaging lessons to ensure you maintain the interest of the students. Preferably, you will have experience within a classroom environment and familiar with the National curriculum

Overview  

• Delivering the English curriculum to Key Stages 3&4
• Organising and delivering classroom lectures to students
• Preparation of classroom and coursework materials, homework assignments, handouts and setting assessments to challenge the students
• Opportunity to develop new skills- particularly the ability to teach to an advanced level, achieve an excellent attendance record, develop your communication skills
