A "Good" graded Secondary School based in West Sussex is looking for a Teacher of English who is self-motivated, enthusiastic and who is either a NQT or experienced English teacher. The preferred candidate will be eager to make a difference for the students they teach, and drive excellence in the Department.
The ideal candidate will be ambitious and aiming for excellence and:
- Should have a strong track record of teaching that raises the attainment of every student, or show that they are developing outstanding teaching practice as a newly qualified teacher of English
- Be a passionate advocate and teacher of English who contributes effectively to departmental and whole school improvement
- Have the ability to teach English across the age and ability range at age 11-18.
This School is "Good" by Ofsted, and based in West Sussex. They are committed to developing teachers who want to focus on outstanding performance and teaching practice. You will benefit from dynamic leadership and be empowered to develop your own teaching skills with access to comprehensive CPD and teacher development programmes.
