Job description

A Specialist Setting located in Oldham are currently seeking recent graduates who can play a direct role in supporting the development of pupils with SEN and challenging behaviour. This position is commencing in September 2018 and runs until July 2019.

The Setting is a Multi Academy trust is made up of 3 sites all of which are located in the Oldham area. The head teacher is currently looking to recruit a number of graduates to start from September 2018. Sites cater for individuals between 4 - 19 with a Statement of SEN or an EHCP, on the autistic spectrum and/or have significant communication and interaction difficulties and social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH).

These positions would be ideal for recent graduates who have significant experience working within a School or Specialist Provision. This is not essential as long as you can display a clear passion for supporting pupils who have additional needs. In order to be considered for this role you should have:

- Experience working within a School (desirable)

- Experience working with individuals with SEN in any capacity

- The ability to build strong relationships with pupils, Teachers and parents

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
