Are you a Support Worker based in Andover? Are you looking for a new challenge in January?
Teaching Personnel are excited to be working with a Special Educational Needs school in Andover who are looking for Support Assistants to work across the schools educational and residential site.
The Candidate:
- SEN experience, particularly within Autism and Aspergers
- Willing to support in both a classroom setting and in residential homes
- Available to work shifts on a rotational basis (no nights required) including weekends
- GCSE Maths and English A-C
- A relevant qualification is desired
The School:
The school are based in Andover and cater for children who have varied levels of Autism and Aspergers. Many of the children live on site, and require support within their residential homes, in addition to classroom support. This will include assistance with after school activities, and learning and development within everyday life.
This role would be extremely rewarding and will give you the opportunity to build relationships with the students and have a positive impact in both their educational and home environment.
