Supply Teaching

Schools across Salisbury are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to support their classrooms on a flexible basis. Supply Teachers will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of permanent staff, delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behaviour effectively, and creating a positive learning environment for pupils.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold QTS (or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification)

• Have experience teaching in UK primary and/or secondary schools

• Be confident delivering lessons across a range of abilities

• Be flexible, reliable, and adaptable to different school settings

• Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
