Teaching Personnel is working in close partnership with a number of secondary schools across Salisbury and the surrounding areas who are seeking reliable, enthusiastic supply teachers to support their classrooms on a short-term, long-term, and day-to-day basis.

Due to continued demand, schools are looking to connect with qualified teachers and experienced cover staff who are keen to work flexibly while making a positive impact on students’ learning.

About the Role:

Supply teachers will be placed in a range of mainstream secondary schools, delivering pre-planned lessons or providing subject-specific cover across KS3 and KS4. Opportunities are available for teachers seeking:

• Full-time supply work

• Part-time or ad-hoc days

• Short-term cover or longer-term placements

Assignments can be tailored around availability, subject specialism, and preferred school settings.
