Are you a proven Supply Teacher searching looking for a fresh selection of schools to work in throughout Swansea/ Carmarthen?

Would you like to be introduced into a number of schools that exclusively work with Teaching Personnel where you can continuously go back to and have the option of working within one on a long- term basis?

If you answered yes to the above, then this is the perfect Supply Teacher position for you! £80 - £100 a day Must have a flexible working schedule DBS Required Must have excellent behaviour management skills Locations - Swansea, Carmarthen, Llanelli, Neath

If you are a proven and established Supply Teacher that is searching for an exciting and flexible working environment, then we have just the role for you!

You will need to be able to quickly build rapport with students, have exceptional behaviour management skills and be willing to cover a range of year groups if necessary. As a Supply Teacher you will be required to do the following:

We are looking for someone who:

  • is a talented and dynamic Supply Teacher with an edge for creating meaningful learning environments when covering various lessons within Secondary and Primary schools.
  • Has a strong, confident classroom presence in order to manage the student's behaviour
  • Has experience of working with pupils representing a range of abilities and sensitive to a range of special needs within each class
  • Who is able to deal with any immediate problems or emergencies according to the school's policies and procedures
  • Is confident with a range of behaviour management strategies in order to uphold high standards of behaviour for learning in line with school policy at all times
  • You will have a strong level of experience in teaching and have had to prove yourself on a number of occasions as a Secondary School Teacher.

  • If you are a Qualified Teacher, but not worked as a Supply Teacher before then this role is still suited to you as you will have experienced school life and how to effectively teach under pressure. You will not be required to plan and mark as a Supply Teacher, but you will be excited to do your job to the highest of standards and work effectively with other Teachers in the school.

The successful candidates will be subject to a variety of checks including: eligibility to work in the UK, an enhanced DBS disclosure and full references including one from your most recent employer.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
