Are you looking for flexible supply teaching work in the North Manchester area?
If so, Teaching Personnel have a client secondary school located on the border of North Manchester and Bury who require additional supply teachers to support their schools cover requirements in the New Year.
This is the ideal opportunity to gain regular work at this school on a flexible basis, without the commitments of planning and marking.
- Supply teacher – Required 1-5 days per week dependant on your availability
- Work available around your availability on a week by week basis
- 11-16 mainstream secondary school easily accessible from, Bury, Manchester town centre, Rochdale and Bolton
- Pre-set work to cover in the absence of the normal teacher with support from teaching assistants
- Earn between GBP500 - GBP600 per week
Teaching Personnel are currently the preferred supply agency to this school based in North Manchester. Due to an increase in cover requirements throughout the year, this school wish to expand their pool of supply teachers moving into January. Whether you are a newly qualified or experienced teacher looking for a flexible role as a supply teacher, this is the ideal opportunity to gain regular work in the same school.
Whether you are looking for 1 or 5 days flexible work a week we would like to hear from you. Working on a supply basis will require you to ideally have your own form of transport as sometimes we may call you on the morning of work at short notice. The school also have a number of pre-planned absences where we will be able to provide you with advanced notice of work allowing you plenty of time to prepare in advance.
Any qualified secondary teachers interested in this supply teaching opportunity are required to;
- Hold a PGCE (11-16 or further education accepted)
- Be confident within their behaviour management skills and in their classroom presence
- Be prepared to cover a range of subjects including your subject specialism
- Be available from January/February 2020

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
