Primary Teacher – Guaranteed Work Scheme – Hartlepool
Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or a fully qualified Primary Teacher seeking reliable, consistent work? We are looking for passionate Primary Teachers to join our Guaranteed Work Scheme, which ensures you are paid for 4 out of the 5 days you’re available each week.
Location: Hartlepool 
Start Date: ASAP
Position: Full-Time – Primary Teacher (Guaranteed Work Scheme)
About the Role:
- 
Deliver engaging, effective lessons in line with the National Curriculum to primary-aged pupils.
 - 
Be prepared and available to work each morning as part of the Guaranteed Work Scheme.
 - 
Receive guaranteed pay for 4 out of every 5 days you're available to work.
 - 
Work across a variety of schools, gaining experience and building relationships.
 - 
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
 - 
Track pupil progress and provide meaningful feedback.
 - 
Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
 
What We’re Looking For:
- 
Early Career Teacher (ECT) or fully qualified Primary Teacher.
 - 
Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle (travel between schools is essential).
 - 
Willingness to work across different key stages (EYFS, KS1, KS2).
 - 
Solid knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching practices.
 - 
Adaptable, proactive, and committed to high-quality education.
 - 
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
