About the Role:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the National Curriculum to primary-aged pupils

• Be prepared and ready to work each morning as part of the Guaranteed Work Scheme

• Receive guaranteed pay for 4 out of every 5 days you are available to work

• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment

• Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to support development

• Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

What We’re Looking For:

• Early Career Teacher (ECT) or fully qualified Primary Teacher status

• Full UK driving licence and access to reliable transport (driving is essential)

• Experience or willingness to work flexibly across different key stages

• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies

• A committed, adaptable, and student-focused approach

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
