Primary Teacher – Guaranteed Work Scheme – Hartlepool
Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or a fully qualified Primary Teacher looking for reliable, consistent work? A school in Hartlepool is seeking a Primary Teacher to join their team through the Guaranteed Work Scheme, which ensures you are paid for 4 out of the 5 days you’re available each week.

Position: Full-Time – Primary Teacher (Guaranteed Work Scheme)
About the Role:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the National Curriculum to primary-aged pupils

Be prepared and ready to work each morning as part of the Guaranteed Work Scheme
-
Receive guaranteed pay for 4 out of every 5 days you are available to work
-
Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
-
Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to support development

Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
What We’re Looking For:

Early Career Teacher (ECT) or fully qualified Primary Teacher status
-
Full UK driving licence and access to reliable transport (driving is essential)

Experience or willingness to work flexibly across different key stages
-
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies
-
A committed, adaptable, and student-focused approach

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
-
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
