A thriving secondary school in Maghull is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Sports Graduate to join their team from January 2026.

The Role

You’ll play a key part in the school’s physical education and wider learning community by:

• Delivering engaging PE lessons and sports sessions under the guidance of the PE department

• Supporting teachers in the classroom as a Teaching Assistant, helping students of all abilities reach their potential

• Leading small intervention groups and mentoring pupils to boost confidence, wellbeing, and performance

• Assisting in extracurricular clubs, sports teams, and enrichment activities

• Contributing to the overall school ethos and daily routines

Ideal Candidate

• Holds a degree in Sport Science, PE, Coaching, or a related field

• Passionate about inspiring and motivating young people through sport and education

• A strong communicator with a positive, professional attitude

• Looking to gain school-based experience ahead of a teacher training pathway
