Are you a qualified sports coach, or a Teaching Assistant with a Degree in Sports?
If you are looking for a change in role and want to use your knowledge and skills of sports coaching to engage disaffected children into education, then Teaching Personnel have the ideal role for yourself.

The Role:
Working in the Key Stage 4 provision of an alternative unit, providing education for those excluded from mainstream education. You will be supporting in a range of courses, including construction, maths, english and science, as well as leading PE classes and helping with the running of various sports clubs and activities. This position is full time to start immediately and will continue until Easter 2018, however there is the possibility of the role to continuing until July 2018.

The School:
Provides a safe and creative learning environment for students not suited to a mainstream School. The students at the school have a range of special educational needs, which include SEMH, ASC, MLD and a number of students with English as an Additional Language. Their most recent OFSTED grading in February 2017 is GOOD and the report noted how well the Senior Leadership Team have done with increasing students grades and the overall schools performance.
