Full-Time Teaching Assistant – SEMH / SEND Support (September Start)

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students with SEMH needs, ADHD, Autism, and Trauma. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with pupils who require patience, understanding, and consistent support to thrive.
You will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support

Help students regulate emotions and engage in learning

Build strong, trusting relationships

Work alongside experienced teachers and pastoral staff
We’re looking for someone who:

Is calm, resilient, and empathetic

Has experience (or strong interest) in SEND/SEMH
-
Can build positive connections with young people

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
