Speech Language Therapy or Speech and Language Graduate required for Salford (M7) Primary School.

  • Working closely with the School SENCO to complete and deliver Speech and Language Therapy work with Primary School Children.
  • Appropriate for SLCN Graduates wanting more experience before signing off their competencies and experience hands on education experience.
  • Language Support through Autism and communication needs with Early Years aged children.

Teaching Personnel are currently working with a client primary school in the Salford (M7) area looking for a Speech Language Therapy graduate to work with a number of pupils who have been targeted by the school in the Early Years and Key Stage 1 who have Speech and Language Communication Needs (SLCN).

The Salford school caters for a higher than average number of children with Special Educational Needs and has a specialist SLCN resource and 2 specialist ASC units in the school.

The ideal candidate will be a hard working Speech and Language graduate with a good academic record and a dedication towards your career. The SENCO of this Client Salford primary School is highly experienced and facilitates the special needs programme for a large number of students on roll. You may well be required to use your skill set to carry out basic assessments to provide guidance to the SENCO and other teaching assistants within the school.

  • £55 - £65 a day
  • Start date - November 2018
