Teaching Personnel, the UK's largest education supply agency, are on the lookout for Primary Teaching Assistants for a GOOD Blackburn school in preparation for September. The school frequently use supply staff to cover general Teaching Assistant positions and to provide specialist support in accordance with the needs of the pupils of the school, for example 1:1 support for a pupil with ADHD. The school exclusively use Teaching Personnel to cover these temporary positions and, on occasions, these supply roles have developed into permanent work too!

Due to the nature of the job, we are seeking Teaching Assistants who have the following:

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher
• Willing to work varied roles and flexible to the range of hours on offer
• Good behaviour management
• Can develop positive, professional relationships and is able to fit in well with other staff members
• Shares a passion for making a difference to the life of children
