Job description
Qualified Nursery Practitioner – Regular Cover (School Hours)
Teaching Personnel is working closely with a number of primary schools that have nurseries and pre-schools on site, and we are looking to support a qualified Nursery Practitioner seeking regular cover within a school-based setting.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced early years educator who enjoys working with young children and is looking for the stability of regular work while benefiting from school hours. You’ll be supporting nursery and pre-school provision within welcoming schools, helping to create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
The role will include:

Supporting children in nursery and pre-school settings
-
Delivering play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework
-
Promoting positive behaviour, communication and early development
-
Working collaboratively with early years teams within schools
What we’re looking for:

A recognised Early Years qualification
-
Previous experience in a nursery or pre-school setting
-
A warm, patient and proactive approach to early learning
-
Confidence working within a school environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
