Experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant – Full-Time Roles Available from September
Various Primary Schools – Southampton

Are you a dedicated and experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant looking for a rewarding full-time role starting this September? Our primary schools across Southampton are eager to welcome passionate professionals like you to support children with special educational needs.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs in a primary school setting

  • Strong understanding of individual learning plans and differentiation strategies

  • Patience, empathy, and a positive approach to fostering student confidence and progress

  • Ability to work effectively within a team and build strong relationships with staff and families

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
