The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a secondary school setting, supporting students with various Special Educational Needs.
Working as an SEN Teaching Assistant at our client school, you will provide day to day support delivering 1:1, paired and small group teaching and learning sessions. You will work with key pupils to help develop their self confidence and academic progress whilst monitoring behaviour and assisting with any behavioural issues.
