Are you a confident and passionate Maths Teacher, with previous experience of delivering inclusive learning and a desire to teach Special Educational Needs pupils between the ages of 6-16 years?

We are proud to be recruiting for an SEN Maths Teacher for our partner school in rural Heathfield. Set on a large amount of land, the school encourages all pupils to explore and experience new things.
The school is a rural school for students with social, emotional and mental health difficulties (SEMH); a school where their vision is to ensure every student fulfils their potential and is prepared for their transition into adulthood.
It is an inclusive school with an inclusive ethos: to encourage and embrace diversity and support each and every individual to develop confidence, resilience and independence.
Through the broad and balanced curriculum their students are engaged and challenged; they achieve their goals and are inspired to make valuable contributions to their communities.

The Successful Applicant:
- Should have QTS or equivalent
- Will have experience teaching Maths to KS3 and KS4.
- Will have excellent subject knowledge.
- Should either have experience of working with students with SEMH or ASD, supporting communication difficulties and complex needs or have a strong interest and a passion to teach pupils with SEN.
- Must hold a Full UK Driving License and have own transport, due to the location of the school.
