Special Education Needs Teaching Assistant Required - Ely

Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant required for SEMH specialist school in Ely.

The school provides education and support for boys aged 5-16 years old with social, emotional and mental health needs. The school boasts excellent purpose built facilities including a swimming pool, sports facilities and include other exciting curriculum activities such as a forest school. Class sizes are small with 6 pupils, teacher and at least two members of additional support.
Your role:
- To inspire and engage pupils in their learning
- Support the class room teacher
- Work with pupils in small groups or 1:1
The school offer further training, qualifications and support for staff including STEP de-escalation training.
