We are looking for a patient, compassionate, and resilient Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a warm, welcoming specialist school in Northampton (NN2). What You’ll Be Doing:

• 1:1 & Small Group Support: Tailor learning activities to match individual pupil needs and learning styles.
• Academic & Social Guidance: Help pupils build confidence, emotional resilience, and essential life skills.
• Collaborative Working: Partner closely with dedicated teachers, therapists, and support staff.
• Positive Environment: Create a safe, encouraging, and structured space where every child feels valued.

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEND (in education, care, or support roles).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• An empathetic, adaptable, and patient approach.
• A genuine desire to help vulnerable learners achieve their full potential.
