SEN Learning Support Assistant - Sleaford
Are you a Learning Support Assistant who has experience working with pupils with SEN and Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs?
SEN Learning Support Assistants are required to work in our partner Secondary School located in Sleaford. Teaching Personnel are the market leading recruitment agency for Education, covering England and Wales. Our Hull and Lincoln SEN Office is located in central Hull and services the mainstream Primary, Secondary, SEN and PRUs across North Yorkshire, Hull and Lincolnshire. As an organisation, we work with the Head Teachers and SENCOs to ensure we provide the right staff for their setting.
As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will be working with young people, predominantly on a 1:1 basis, with varying needs such as SEMH, MLD and Behavioural Difficulties. Many of our partnership provisions require SEN Learning Support Assistants to work with pupils in order to support them through their education and motivate them to engage in lessons.

SEN Learning Support Assistant are required to work in a range of roles in our partner Schools in Lincolnshire. The successful SEN Learning Support Assistant will have a patient and empathetic nature, in order to work with pupils with varying in needs.

- Individuals who have experience with SEN within educational settings
- Those with Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) experience
- Behaviour Support Workers
- Counsellors
- Graduate specialising in SEN and Inclusion or Psychology
Previous experience in education is not essential.
