TP Tutors is seeking passionate SEN Tutors in Bournemouth to provide personalised, one-to-one support for learners who need a more flexible and understanding approach.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Bournemouth and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible (part-time and full-time opportunities available)

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll support students in overcoming barriers to learning and rediscovering their confidence.

  • Deliver personalised tuition sessions based on individual needs
  • Work with students with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Build positive relationships that encourage trust and engagement
  • Support both academic progress and personal development
  • Provide sessions in home or community-based settings

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children or young people in any setting
  • Strong understanding of core English and maths skills
  • Ability to travel locally across Bournemouth
  • Patient, adaptable, and proactive attitude
  • Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
