Some learners need more than a classroom—they need someone who understands how they learn best. At TP Tutors, we’re looking for committed SEN Tutors in Bournemouth to provide tailored support that truly changes lives.

If you’re passionate about helping young people overcome barriers and thrive, this role offers both flexibility and purpose.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Bournemouth and nearby areas
Hours: Flexible (part-time or full-time available)

What You’ll Do

  • Design and deliver personalised tuition sessions
  • Support students with additional needs including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Build positive relationships that encourage engagement and trust
  • Work in home or community-based settings
  • Help learners grow academically while boosting confidence and independence

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience in teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or SEN support
  • Strong knowledge of core subjects (primary or secondary level)
  • Based locally or able to travel within Bournemouth
  • Patient, reliable, and adaptable in your approach
  • Committed to safeguarding and inclusive education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
