Empower Learners to Thrive – SEN Tutors Needed in Bournemouth

Are you passionate about making education more inclusive and meaningful? We’re looking for dedicated SEN Tutors in Bournemouth to support young people who need a more personalised approach to learning.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Bournemouth and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible (Part-Time / Full-Time)

About the Role
As an SEN Tutor, you’ll work one-to-one with learners who benefit from tailored support. Your role will be to create engaging sessions that build confidence, improve academic ability, and help students reconnect with education in a positive way.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver customised lessons that suit individual learning styles
  • Support students with a variety of additional needs
  • Adapt teaching methods to keep learners motivated and engaged
  • Build trust and encourage a positive mindset toward learning
  • Track progress and adjust your approach where needed

Who We’re Looking For

  • Background in tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or SEN support
  • Patient, understanding, and adaptable
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Passionate about inclusive education
  • Able to travel within Bournemouth
