Job description

Support Young Minds Through Tutoring – Opportunities in Bournemouth

TP Tutors is looking for dedicated and passionate tutors in Bournemouth to deliver engaging Maths and English support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver tailored Maths and/or English sessions
  • Work one-to-one or with small groups of learners
  • Adapt teaching strategies to suit students with autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs
  • Provide tutoring in home or community environments
  • Encourage confidence, independence, and academic progress

About You

  • Experience supporting SEN/SEND learners
  • Strong understanding of Maths and/or English
  • Based in Bournemouth or able to travel locally
  • Patient, adaptable, and compassionate approach
  • Awareness of safeguarding and inclusive teaching practices

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
