TP Tutors is expanding in Bournemouth and is seeking enthusiastic SEN Tutors to provide tailored, one-to-one support for students who need a more personalised learning experience.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Bournemouth and nearby areas
Working Pattern: Flexible (part-time and full-time available)

What You’ll Do

This role is centred on building both academic ability and confidence in students who may have struggled in traditional settings.

  • Plan and deliver engaging, individualised tuition sessions
  • Support learners with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Develop strong, supportive relationships with students
  • Encourage independence and a positive attitude to learning
  • Deliver sessions in homes or suitable local environments

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience working with young people in any relevant setting
  • Strong understanding of English and maths fundamentals
  • Willingness to travel across Bournemouth
  • A calm, flexible, and proactive mindset

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
