SEND Secondary Teacher

An SEND Provision in Middlesbrough are searching for a new Teacher to join their team from the new academic year. The role will involve working with Key Stage 3 and 4 pupils with SEND including Autism, Downs Syndrome and Hearing Impairments ranging from moderate to severe. You will primarily be based in Middlesbrough however the school does also have a base in Sunderland which you may occasionaly be expected to travel.

We are searching for a candidate with at least a years experience working within an SEND settings, we are accepting applications from NQT's and FQT's. You wil be responsible for a class gorup of up to 8 pupils at one time and will have duties including planning and marking. The school have a great ethos based on personal development and social interaction between pupils, you will play a large role in encouraing this during class time but also occasionally during break and lunch.

You will be available 5 days per week from September and will be happy to partake in a video interview.
