What You’ll Do

• Deliver engaging, personalised lessons in 1:1 or small group settings

• Support learners across core subjects (English, Maths, Science – or your specialism)

• Track progress and provide constructive feedback

• Adapt teaching for learners with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs

• Inspire, motivate, and build lasting positive relationships with students

• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a vibrant learning environment

Who We’re Looking For

• Experienced in education, tutoring, or alternative provision settings

• Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Flexible, patient, and approachable

• Qualifications desirable: Degree, PGCE, QTS – not essential if experience demonstrates capability

Bonus Skills:

• GCSE / Functional Skills preparation experience

• SEN/SEMH experience

• Enhanced DBS clearance
