Cover Supervisor – SEND/ Alternative Provisions Schools ✨Temporary | Full-time

Are you confident, reliable, and looking to make a real difference in a school setting? We are currently working with secondary schools who are looking for enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support with day-to-day and longer-term cover across Northamptonshire. 

This is a great opportunity for anyone considering a career in education or looking to gain valuable classroom experience.

The role includes:

  • Supervising classes during teacher absences

  • Delivering pre-set work and ensuring students stay on task

  • Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

  • Supporting pupils to create a positive learning environment

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is confident working with secondary-aged students with SEND/ behavioural needs

  • Has strong communication and classroom presence

  • Is flexible, dependable, and professional

  • Has previous school experience (preferred but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
