We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Tutors to support pupils across the Northampton area. This role involves delivering high-quality, personalised tuition to students who require additional academic support within a UK education setting.

The Role

• Deliver 1:1 or small group tuition in subjects such as English, Maths and Science.

• Plan and adapt lessons in line with the UK National Curriculum.

• Support students with varying needs, including those with SEN or gaps in learning.

• Monitor progress and provide structured feedback to schools and parents.

• Foster confidence, engagement and positive learning behaviours.

Tuition may take place in schools, homes or community settings.

Requirements

• Experience working with children or young people in the UK education system.

• Strong subject knowledge in core subjects.

• Ability to differentiate and adapt teaching strategies.

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

• Excellent communication and safeguarding awareness.

• Right to work in the UK.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
