SEN Tutor Role – Tadley

Help Students Thrive with Tailored Support

Not every learner fits the traditional classroom—and that’s where you come in.

TP Tutors is looking for committed SEN Tutors in Tadley to provide personalised one-to-one tuition for students who need a more flexible and supportive learning approach.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Tadley & surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible – part-time and full-time positions available

About the Role
You’ll work closely with students to deliver structured, engaging sessions that meet their individual needs and help them progress both academically and personally.

  • Plan and deliver bespoke tuition sessions
  • Support learners with additional needs including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Create a positive and structured learning environment
  • Adapt teaching methods to suit each learner’s abilities
  • Deliver sessions within home or local community settings

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children or young people
  • Strong core skills in English and Maths
  • Patient, flexible, and empathetic approach
  • Ability to travel within Tadley and nearby areas
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
