Help Students Thrive Beyond the Classroom

TP Tutors is growing its presence in Farnborough and is looking for passionate SEN Tutors to deliver personalised, one-to-one support for students with additional needs. This is an opportunity to step away from a traditional classroom setting and have a direct, meaningful impact on a young person’s education and confidence.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Farnborough and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible – part-time and full-time opportunities available

About the Role

You will provide tailored tuition designed to meet each student’s unique learning style, helping them progress academically while building confidence and emotional resilience.

  • Plan and deliver engaging, personalised sessions
  • Support learners with a variety of needs, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Build positive, consistent relationships that encourage trust
  • Inspire independence, motivation, and self-esteem
  • Deliver sessions in homes or community-based settings

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children or young people (education, care, or support roles)
  • Confidence teaching core subjects such as English and maths
  • Ability to travel within Farnborough and nearby areas
  • A patient, flexible, and empathetic approach
  • Strong commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
