Looking for a role where you can see the direct impact of your work? TP Tutors is seeking dedicated SEN tutors in Portsmouth to provide tailored support to students who need a more personalised approach to learning.

Help learners overcome barriers and rediscover confidence in education.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Portsmouth and nearby areas
Hours: Flexible (Part-Time or Full-Time)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Plan and deliver engaging, individualised tuition sessions
  • Support students with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Create a positive, structured learning environment
  • Deliver sessions in home or community settings
  • Encourage progress, independence, and self-belief

About You

  • Experience supporting children or young people with SEND
  • Ability to teach core subjects at primary or secondary level
  • Based in or near Portsmouth with travel flexibility
  • Patient, reliable, and adaptable
  • Strong awareness of safeguarding practices

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
