Position: SEN Tutor
Location: Portsmouth and nearby areas
Hours: Flexible (Part-Time / Full-Time)

Your Mission
Deliver focused, one-to-one sessions that inspire progress—academically and personally—within a supportive and structured setting.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Craft bespoke lesson plans tailored to individual learners
  • Support a wide range of SEN needs with care and adaptability
  • Use engaging, creative methods to maintain interest
  • Build confidence, independence, and motivation
  • Review progress and refine approaches to maximise outcomes

What You Bring to the Role

  • Experience in education, SEN, or mentoring
  • A patient, encouraging, and proactive approach
  • Strong rapport-building skills with young people
  • Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
  • Ability to travel across the Portsmouth area

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
