TP Tutors is growing in Whiteley and the surrounding areas, and we are seeking committed SEN Tutors to deliver personalised, one-to-one education for learners with additional needs.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Whiteley and nearby areas
Hours: Flexible (full-time and part-time positions available)

The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to work closely with students who benefit from a more personalised approach to learning. You’ll help break down barriers and create a supportive pathway back into education.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver engaging, individualised tuition sessions
  • Support a range of needs including ASC, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Encourage student engagement, motivation, and progress
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with learners and families
  • Provide tuition in home or community-based environments

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children or young people in an educational or support setting
  • Confidence in delivering English, Maths, or core subjects
  • Based in Whiteley or able to commute locally
  • Empathetic, proactive, and organised
  • A strong commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
