TP Tutors is expanding across Basingstoke and is looking for passionate SEN Tutors to provide high-quality, personalised support to learners with additional needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference while working flexibly.
Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Basingstoke and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible (part-time and full-time opportunities available)
About the Role
As an SEN Tutor, you will deliver tailored one-to-one sessions designed to meet the individual needs of each learner. You’ll play a key role in helping students re-engage with education and achieve meaningful progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, structured tuition sessions
- Adapt teaching approaches to support needs such as ASC, ADHD, and SEMH
- Build confidence, independence, and academic ability
- Establish positive, consistent relationships with learners
- Deliver sessions in homes, schools, or community settings
About You
- Experience in education, tutoring, mentoring, or youth work
- Strong understanding of the core curriculum
- Based in Basingstoke or able to travel locally
- Patient, reliable, and adaptable in your approach
- Committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
