Looking for a role where you can genuinely make a difference? We are seeking committed SEN Tutors in Basingstoke to support students with additional needs through personalised education.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Basingstoke and nearby areas
Hours: Flexible (Part-Time / Full-Time)

About the Role

This is a rewarding opportunity to provide one-to-one support, helping learners build essential academic skills while developing confidence and independence.

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver tailored tutoring sessions
  • Work with students with diverse SEN requirements
  • Use creative and flexible teaching methods
  • Encourage positive engagement and self-belief
  • Track, assess, and report on student progress

Who You Are

  • Background in education, SEN, or mentoring
  • Calm, resilient, and supportive in nature
  • Able to build strong, trusting relationships
  • Knowledge of safeguarding practices
  • Willing to travel within the Basingstoke area

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
