Role: SEN Tutor

Location: Winchester and nearby areas
Hours: Flexible (part-time and full-time roles available)

Your Role

• Plan and deliver high-quality, one-to-one tuition sessions
• Adapt teaching strategies to suit individual learning styles and needs (ASC, ADHD, SEMH)
• Encourage academic development alongside emotional resilience
• Build strong rapport with students to support engagement and trust
• Deliver sessions in home or community environments

About You

• Background in education, tutoring, or youth support
• Confident teaching core curriculum subjects
• Based in Winchester or able to travel within the local area
• Empathetic, reliable, and proactive in your approach
• Strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
