About the Role

You’ll work closely with learners outside of mainstream classroom settings, delivering personalised sessions that support both academic progress and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured, engaging one-to-one tuition sessions
• Support students with a range of Special Educational Needs
• Adapt lesson content to meet individual learning needs
• Promote confidence, independence, and a positive mindset
• Monitor progress and adjust strategies accordingly

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience in tutoring, teaching, or SEN support
• Patient, adaptable, and encouraging approach
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Able to travel within the Whiteley area
