Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Fleet and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible (Part-Time / Full-Time)

The Role
You’ll work closely with students who require a tailored approach to learning. By creating a calm and engaging environment, you’ll help them overcome barriers, build resilience, and rediscover a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customised, engaging learning sessions
• Support a range of additional learning needs
• Adapt teaching methods to suit each learner
• Build confidence and encourage independence
• Monitor progress and adjust plans accordingly

About You

• Experience in teaching, tutoring, or SEN support
• Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills
• Understanding of safeguarding practices
• Based in or able to travel around Fleet
