TP Tutors is seeking enthusiastic and committed tutors in Whiteley to support young people with Special Educational Needs through personalised Maths and English tuition.

This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals with experience in education, care, or youth work who want to make a real difference outside of a traditional classroom setting.

Role: SEN Tutor (SEND Specialist pathways available)
Location: Whiteley and local surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible – Full-Time or Part-Time

What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver one-to-one or small group tuition tailored to each learner
Adapt teaching approaches to support a range of needs including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
Create a safe, engaging, and consistent learning environment
Provide sessions within homes or community venues
Support students in building both academic skills and self-confidence

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN/SEND
Confidence in supporting Maths and/or English
Based in or near Whiteley, with the ability to travel locally
A patient, adaptable, and understanding nature
Awareness of safeguarding responsibilities and inclusive practices

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
