Make a Difference Through Personalised Learning
TP Tutors is looking for dedicated and empathetic tutors in Andover to provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for young people with Special Educational Needs.

Position: SEN Tutor (SEND Specialists encouraged to apply)
Location: Andover and nearby areas
Hours: Flexible – Part-Time or Full-Time
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and deliver customised Maths and/or English sessions
- Work closely with students with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs
- Create a calm, supportive, and engaging learning environment
- Deliver tuition in students’ homes or local community spaces
- Support learners in developing confidence and academic progress
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN/SEND
- Ability to teach Maths and/or English at primary or secondary level
- Based in Andover or able to travel locally
- A patient, understanding, and flexible approach
- Knowledge of safeguarding and inclusive teaching practices

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
