SEN Tutor – Andover

Do you want to make a real difference in the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs? If you live in or near Andover, join TP Tutors to deliver tailored 1:1 or small group tuition in core subjects.

We’re seeking compassionate and motivated individuals committed to inclusive education.

Role: SEN Tutor (SEND Support Opportunities Available)
Location: Andover and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible – Part-Time or Full-Time

How You’ll Make a Difference

  • Create and adapt personalised lesson plans

  • Support learners with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and additional needs

  • Provide a structured and nurturing learning environment

  • Deliver tuition in homes or suitable community venues

  • Encourage confidence, engagement, and measurable progress

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience working with SEN/SEND learners

  • Confidence teaching primary and/or secondary subjects

  • Based in Andover or able to travel locally

  • Resilient, patient, and reliable individuals

  • Strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
