Job description

Support Young Minds with Tailored Education

TP Tutors is currently recruiting passionate tutors in Fleet to deliver personalised tuition for students with Special Educational Needs, either on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with SEND experience who are looking for flexible and rewarding work.

Role: SEN Tutor (Opportunities for SEND Specialists)
Location: Fleet and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible – Part-Time or Full-Time

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, individualised lessons in Maths and/or English
  • Support learners with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and a range of additional needs
  • Build a structured and nurturing learning environment
  • Conduct sessions within home or community-based settings
  • Encourage student growth, confidence, and independence

Requirements

  • Experience supporting children or young people with SEN/SEND
  • Confidence teaching Maths and/or English (primary or secondary)
  • Ability to commute within Fleet and nearby areas
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach
  • Understanding of safeguarding and inclusive education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
